2. How do I select the best product for my requirements?

Our mats are suitable for a vast range of applications for both indoor and outdoor purposes. All you need to think about is what you want your product to do. Are you looking for industrial anti-slip or anti-fatigue matting? Do you need a hygienic, non-slip mat for sensitive areas of your premises? Or do you want highly-absorbent, scraper mats for all weathers? Whatever your needs, we can provide you with the ultimate in quality, price and durability.

3. How long are the delivery times?

Most of our matting is available on a next-day delivery service. However, if you want one of our bar runners, POP or POS media mats, or logo and logo coir mats, we aim to deliver the finished product within two to three weeks of receiving your design approval.

4. Can I have my own design or logo printed on a mat?

Yes. For the above-mentioned mats you can provide us with your own original artwork which you can submit to our team of qualified graphic designers. Simply send us a copy of your image, text or logo which you would like incorporated into your product and we will have a proof ready for your approval within 48 hours. You can send your hand-drawn sketches, business card or even your ideas and we’ll promise to supply you with a high-quality reproduction, whatever the size of mat you opt for.

6. What sizes are available?

We have a range of standard options on certain mats and many of your mats are also available to your bespoke dimensions.

10. Can I return a product if I’m not happy with it?

In the event of manfacturing defects, we will refund your money providing that you let us know in writing within three days of receiving your order. See our terms and conditions.

12. Are the mats easy to clean?

Yes. All of our products can be easily maintained either by vacuuming, shaking, washing, hosing down or using an extraction machine. Check the individual product pages for information on the best way to clean specific mats and matting.

13. What if I make a mistake with my order – can I return it?

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the order details are correct in terms of type, colour and size of mat. We will only accept returns in the case of defective items and must be informed of this within three days of receipt of delivery. See our terms and conditions.

14. Do I need specialist knowledge to lay mats and matting?

17. Can I be sure that the mats won’t slip?

Yes. Our range of products is suitable for a wide range of floors, from tiled floors to wooden floors or carpeted areas and matwells. The majority of our products use a nitrile rubber backing which ensures that your mats won’t slip. Check the individual product pages for more information.

18. Are your products environmentally-friendly?

One of our most successful products is the coconut mat. Manufactured from 100% natural fibre from the coconut palm, you can ensure that you have a tough yet environmentally-aware product.
