New PPS system - 18/04/2007

This month Mat Creations Ltd will be implementing a brand new “production planning System” (PPS) to further improve our overall quality of service to our expanding customer base. The new PPS system has been specifically written to meet our ever changing demands, it has been designed to reduce the time required to enter orders and art works into our system ensuring the orders are with our production team sooner which in turn further reduces our already short lead times for order fulfilment. Feed back on mat / artwork delivery, billing information in fact any questions you might have relating to your orders will be available at the touch of a button, which will again improve the service to our clients. Inventory control, product progress reports and QC reporting have all been built into PPS to ensure the smooth transition of your order right to your door.
