Terms and Conditions

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the order details are correct in terms of type, colour and size of mat.

  • By submitting this order, you are confirming that you are either the owner or have the owner’s permission to use any image utilised in the production of your mats.

  • All goods remain the property of Mat Creations Ltd. until full payment, including any tax and/or delivery charge has been made.

  • We reserve the right to charge any debt collection fees and court costs incurred while recovering outstanding or overdue monies.

  • No cancellation request will be accepted once the signed authority of the sales order has been received.

  • In the unlikely event of any defect in the goods supplied, Mat Creations Ltd. must be notified within three days of delivery.
